General Manager (GM), All Points
Job Summary
The General Manager (GM) provides strategic leadership, direction, and resource stewardship for the All Points Screw, Bolt, and Specialty company based in Pompano Beach, Florida. As the senior leader of the organization, the GM is responsible for driving the overall performance, ensuring the profitable achievement of business goals, and aligning the companies objectives with Hillman’s overarching business strategy.
Essential Job Functions*
- Aligns the company’s objectives with Hillman’s business strategy by actively participating in corporate strategic planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Drives the development and execution of strategic initiatives to support long-term growth and profitability.
- Ensures effective organizational design, including optimizing job roles, responsibilities, and resource development.
- Meets or exceeds targets for sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance indicators.
- Leads learning and development initiatives, partnering with Human Resources and Learning and Development teams to cultivate management talent.
- Defines and oversees the delivery of training programs, evaluates their effectiveness, and ensures a high return on investment.
- Fosters a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and employee engagement.
- Establishes and governs the company’s performance management framework.
- Defining and prioritizes critical performance metrics across all departments.
- Ensure accountability by holding key managers responsible for achieving organizational objectives.
- Oversees the organization’s budget, ensuring effacing resource allocation and cost management.
- Continuously evaluates and optimizes investments in technology, training, and administrative support to maximize productivity and meet financial objectives.
- Champions organizational change initiatives by identifying opportunities for improvement and removing barriers to progress.
- Builds and maintains strong, productive relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Collaborates with external stakeholders to drive business growth and strengthen partnerships.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree Required; MBA preferred
- Masters in business administration or equivalent
- Minimum ten years of senior management experience
