Part Time Guest Services Representative - Hilton Garden Inn Evansville

The Hilton Garden Inn Evansville is hiring for a Part Time Guest Service Representative. Candidate must be available to work 2nd shift (3p-10p) as needed, including weekends and holidays. Currently this position is 2 days per week.

The purpose of the Guest Service Representative is to greet and serve guests in a professional, hospitable manner.  Register guests, provide prompt and courteous service to the guest throughout their stay, resolve guest problems, close guest accounts upon checkout and offer fond farewell to the guests.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Prior customer service experience and/or training
• Ability to stand, reach, and bend for extended periods of time
