Cook - Breakfast and/or Happy Hour (evenings) - Staybridge Suites Hotel

• Breakfast-Happy Hour Attendant - Part-Time 

  Duties include light food preparation, stocking the breakfast foods and beverages, bussing tables. interacting with guests to ensure their satisfaction.

  Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet in an attractive and abundant looking organized clean and standardized presentation according to brand and IHG standards.
  • Prepare foods such as Fruit, Cereals, Coffee, and Juices.
  • Set out cold food such as Pastries, Muffins and Cereal for self-service. Refill as needed.
  • Prepare hot foods such as Heat & Serve Omelets, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Breakfast Potatoes, Hot Oatmeal, Grits, Sausage Gravy & Biscuits on a rotating schedule.
  • Set up serving dishes, utensils, cups and dining ware.
  • Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area and kitchen during and after breakfast hours.
    Prepare and maintain inventory for the following day breakfast. Inform management of low stock. Mark and date food inventory.
  • Follow Health and Safety procedures. 

  ** Typical Shift Schedule**

  Happy Hour: Mon day - Wednesday 4 pm - 8pm and Breakfast:  Sat/Sun 6:30am - 12Noon
  or 
  Breakfast : Monday - Wednesday 5:30am - 11:30am and Breakfast: Sat/Sun 6:30am -12Noon

  1. Reliability is Essential as Breakfast  is a TOP amenity for our guest experience.
  2. Must have cooking experience in a hotel or restaurant. 

  Additional hours available as Banquet Prep Cook - Hours will vary based on banquet requirements.
