Chantilly Heights Assisted Living and Memory Care is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Line Cook/Chef to join their outstanding team. This is a Full time position, and the hours are 6:00am-2:00pm and 10:30am-6:30pm!

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the full preparation of meals adhering to all dietary and safety protocols and ensuring accuracy in portion sizing and quality  

• Adapt recipes and prepare meals in accordance to individual dietary restrictions and preferences  

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service  

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, following all procedures and safety regulations  

Job Skills: 

• Knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills and Knowledge of diverse cuisines  

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitization practices  

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff  

• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced team environment  

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
