The Dream Inn, Santa Cruz is currently seeking the right candidate to fill their Human Resources Coordinator position. The ideal candidate will support a busy Human Resources operation and will engage our associates with questions regarding policies and benefits, plan employee events, translate and take notes and be trained to manage our HR system. A friendly personality, strong self driven work ethic, and excellent communication skills are required.
