Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
  • Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT support requests and answering questions regarding computer systems.
  • Help with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and cabling.
  • Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by setting up new user accounts and configuring workstations.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Document technical procedures and create user guides as needed.
  • Adhering and supporting in Safety and Food Safety infrastructure, processes and protocols as assigned.
  • Applying/Obtaining a SIDA/Airport badge within 3 months of hired date and keeping Badge valid.
  •  Support special IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Education & Experience

  • Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • High School diploma or equivalent
