In this role, you’ll craft standout marketing materials that integrate brand partners into Cosm Venues through the development of polished sales decks, bold campaigns, and pricing models. The ideal candidate is a master storyteller who can translate ideas into visually stunning, persuasive presentations that spark excitement and drive action. They will bring fresh, creative thinking to the table for potential partners, backed by a sharp understanding of brand goals, advertising standards, and what it takes to break through the noise. Fluency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools, is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated campaigns and sponsorship platforms for potential Cosm brand partners, leveraging Cosm’s assets and consumer-facing properties
  • Support the Senior Director of Venue partnerships in developing strategies and leading planning, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns 
  • Create presentations for brand pitches, integrating Cosm venues and owned assets
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of Cosm’s customer base, their trends, and engagement points while segmenting the audience based on programming and location
  • Collaborate with the Venue Partnerships team to identify opportunities and respond to inbound requests
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign results across all channels to understand performance and drive continuous optimizations
  • Deliver reporting to partners in line with the outlined goals and objectives
  • Assist in the identification of in-venue and owned inventory for the purposes of brand integrations
  • Research potential partner goals and brand standards to create bespoke pitches aligned with their objectives
  • Assist with the development of partnership asset rate card
  • Develop assets & programs that efficiently and effectively reach their target audiences (at scale) and seamlessly support revenue driving initiatives
  • Function as a thought leader with significant knowledge of all aspects of marketing and sponsorship activation, including cutting edge techniques to engage consumers
  • Lead on research projects to improve prospecting methodology, using up-to-date insights to ensure sales team is engaged with the highest quality prospects

Requirements:

  • A degree in marketing, design, or a similar field preferred
  • Experienced and skilled with MS Office tools
  • Experienced and skilled with Adobe quite or similar creative tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management
  • Ability to perform in stressful situations and fast-paced environments
  • Thrives within a team construct
  • Highly driven with ambitions to build award-winning integrations
  • Excels at creative ideation and has relentless curiosity to examine the competitive landscape of our partners and prospects
  • 5+ years’ Property-side experience, with understanding of complexities and opportunities across League-Team-Athlete stakeholder groups
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies, preferably in the sponsorship/marketing/experiential space
  • Prior experience in Media is beneficial
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed
  • Deep and recent knowledge of the growing technology landscape

The annualized base salary range for this position in California is $90,000 to $115,000. The base salary offered will factor in internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant experience, among other factors.
