The purpose of the Inventory Specialist is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates and maintain accounting vehicle inventory.

• Post all vehicle inventory into the accounting system verifying purchase date and factory invoice
• Maintain inventory of titles and verify inventory at month-end
• Prepare and process dealer trades
• Reconcile floor plan monthly and listing discrepancies
• Identify internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verify changes in authorized personnel and communicate issues to the Assistant Controller
• Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adhere to its requirements
• Attend weekly department meetings
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Outlook
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
