The purpose of the Staff Accountant is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates and perform general accounting duties. 

• Review and maintain various schedules
• Post manufacturer warranty credit memos
   
• Post Daily Banking
  
  
• Loan Car Movement
• Remit aftermarket warranties and process cancelation refunds for aftermarket warranties
• Post factory payable invoices and reconcile factory payable statements for certain Park Place locations
• Download all transactions from Manufacturers website
• Process monthly Finance Reserve Reconciliation
• Process and pay monthly VIT 
• Distribute end of month reports to Management Company managers as well as maintain corporate month reports in the corporate office
• Responsible for special projects as they are assigned
• College Degree or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• Other accounting duties as assigned
