This position facilitates the delivery of the vehicle to the customer, to include any installations of accessories and the entire registrations process. Ensures customer satisfaction by professionally delivering vehicles to customers.
- When interacting with customers, seeks to deliver exceptional guest experiences by going above-and-beyond. When not interacting with guests, gives priority to helping other team members deliver exceptional guest experiences (e.g., by being highly responsive to their requests for information or assistance that will help them serve our guests).
- Attendance and Punctuality.
- Works with the business office to ensure the customer has a complete and proper delivery.
- Works with dealership departments and outside vendors to handle any installations that are necessary.
- Ensures all customers received a comprehensive explanation of the factory/dealer warranties.
- Ensures all customers have completed delivery check sheet and are completely satisfied.
- Works with the reconditioning department to ensure every delivery is properly cleaned and ready on time.
- Verifies that all sales documentation and related paperwork has been correctly and fully completed.
- Coordinates delivery of vehicles to customers, providing tour of dealership facilities and introducing customer to appropriate dealership personnel including service manager or available service advisor.
- Supervises delivery preparation of all sold vehicles ensuring that purchased options have been properly installed and that all features are fully operational.
- Follows federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information.
- Keeps current with annual HR training along with any other training that might be required for this position.
- Works well in a team environment. Maintains good relationships with department and dealership personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least eighteen years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test).
