Receptionist/Technical Assistant
SUMMARY
Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors; may operate a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Provides customer service and clerical support to assist Producers and service team. This role will be fully onsite in the Fresno office 5 days a week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and direct vendors, clients, and other visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Notify employees upon the arrival of customers and visitors

Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; manage scanners, printers, postage machines, and copiers

Receive and distribute incoming packages throughout the company

Open and scan incoming mail for staff; prepare and send checks via FedEx to the designated lockbox

Maintain organization and cleanliness in the mailroom, workroom, kitchen, and supply areas

Monitor inventory and order office supplies as needed

Process and post outgoing mail

Assist with printing Certificates of Insurance, including folding, stuffing, labeling, and mailing

Provide basic computer support and troubleshooting for staff

Perform monthly fire extinguisher inspections and ensure compliance

Adhere to agency management system standards and ensure data integrity

Full-time, in-office position

Perform other administrative or office duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education
Two (2) or more years related work experience
SKILLS
Good communication skills and telephone etiquette essential
Good customer service skills
Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
