SUMMARY 

Responsible for supporting the operational, marketing and communication needs of the department by providing day-to-day support and assistance to the operating group leadership.  

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

•    Ongoing management of the Employee Benefits SharePoint intranet site (AlliantNet) and actively performs quarterly content audits;

•    Administers internal and external communications using various mass email programs (EB Blast, compliance alerts, etc.);

•    Direct internal and external webinar process including distribution list maintenance, drafting and distributing invitations, administration for HCRI credits, conducting webinars, and all follow up activities;

•    Processes website inquiries, including prospect inquiries, and assigns out as appropriate;

•    Creates presentations and analysis for internal and external meetings;

•    Responds to and triages questions about the Employee Benefits practice;

•    Develop and maintain process for contract library and updates as needed;

•    Regulates the approved vendor list and corresponding processes;

•    Oversees departmental meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, drafting meeting notes, and ensuring completion of all action items;

•    Develops and implements consistent organization wide policies, work flows and procedures;

•    Conducts routine audits, reports on results and makes recommendations for improving compliance with subscriptions;

•    Creates reports, analyzes and summarizes data;

•    Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);

•    Directs annual allocation process with Finance and regional offices

•    Other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE 

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

One (1) or more years of related work experience in benefits consulting firm or insurance carrier

Project management experience

SKILLS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good leadership, problem solving and time management skills

Self-starter with strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills

Strong detail orientation

Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to hold team members of all levels accountable to meeting agreed upon deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel at the expert level
