POSITION SUMMARY:
- The Coordinator reports to the Regional Director, Service
- Located in Tampa, FL

The Coordinator will play a pivotal role in overseeing the coordination and execution of various projects within the organization. The Coordinator will take on increased responsibility in project management tasks, serving as a central point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and addressing any issues or concerns.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, delegate tasks, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Prepare and distribute regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
- Proactively monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives as necessary to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
COMPETENCIES:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and risk registers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop creative solutions, and drive results.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management, or equivalent military or practical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
