Senior Human Resources Metrics Analyst
Job Summary
The Senior Human Resources Metrics Analyst will be key in developing, maintaining and interpreting metrics and dashboards by working closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs, analyze HR data, measure trends and develop strategic insights and solutions that drive growth and efficiency. This role will also support high-impact initiatives with strong analytical and communication skills in collaboration with the HR leadership team, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and HR Business Partners.
Essential Job Functions *
- Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across departments.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to communicate trends and performance insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop customized analytics solutions.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on operational, financial, and strategic metrics.
- Identify performance gaps and make recommendations for process or business improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes where possible.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support to leadership and business partners.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support strategic initiatives with data modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data/metrics analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Required strong proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
- Experience working with large sets and standardizing/merging/organizing data from different sources
- Extensive experience in performing complex Excel functions including lookups, pivots, macros
- Demonstrated ability to transform data into presentable chart/graph/tables for review and Executive-level presentations
