Are you passionate about fair, competitive, and data-driven compensation strategies? We’re seeking a Compensation Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of our company’s pay structures and programs across union and non-union environments.

  • Salary Range: $75,000- $110,000

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation
  • Develop and maintain pay structures, geographic differentials, and promotion matrices
  • Perform advanced compensation analytics, including regression and trend forecasting
  • Partner with Labor Relations to align compensation with union agreements
  • Support union negotiations and contract interpretation related to pay
  • Administer incentive, retention, and bonus programs for operational roles
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting (e.g., EEO-1, pay equity audits)
  • Create dashboards, executive summaries, and compensation insights for leadership
  • Train managers and HR on compensation philosophy and best practices
  • Lead communication and change management efforts during program updates

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Psychology, or related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of compensation analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing, food service, transportation, or airline industry
  • Understanding of airline catering operations, airport security requirements, and 24/7 operational environments preferred
  • Previous experience with collective bargaining environments and union contract administration strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SPSS, R, or similar analytical tools for complex data analysis
  • Experience with major HRIS platforms (Ceridian/Dayforce preferred) and compensation modules.
