Responsibilities: 

  • Calculate and assess production accessibility, availability, costs, and quality. Support department heads and production staff in achieving operational targets.
  • Track assigned work to ensure timely delivery of finished products. Align with management to prioritize tasks and resolve workflow challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, FDA, and food safety regulations. Maintain high food quality standards within budget constraints.
  • Provide clear communication to ensure product quality and timely delivery. Coordinate workflow with internal teams to avoid delays.
  • Monitor communications (emails, aircraft changes, etc.) and assist in developing programs to optimize operational flow.
  • Implement systems and motivate production teams to boost performance and efficiency.
  • Assist in team training and development.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 1 year in a high-volume food production or manufacturing environment.
  • Associates degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in high volume food manufacturing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of culinary and food production procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and FDA food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Leadership skills with motivation capabilities.
  • Flexibility for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
