Job Description:

The Manager at EXLService.com, LLC in New York, NY, will develop information systems analytics hypotheses and validate them based on analysis of client data. Perform external research and communicate with client teams. Present findings to working-level client teams and help develop communications for senior management. Identify the right data sources required to inform relevant insights, metrics and understand key business trends. Import raw data from client data warehouses and databases into statistical analysis software. Build deep understanding of data requirement to execute analysis which involves studying or creating data dictionaries, establishing reliability and relevance of data. Process data by coding, compilation, calculation, tabulation, verification and make recommendations to management through presentation or reports by using visualization software(Power BI, Tableau), charts, tables, and other tools to highlight key trends and recommendations. Perform data extraction, data transformation, data understanding, variable reduction, Big Data processing, data analysis, model development, model stabilization and model validation using SQL, SAS, R, HIVE, Teradata, Hadoop, Python, MS Excel, PowerPoint, SSIS, Informatica, Data Stage and Google Cloud Platform. Ensure quality control of outputs to client through EXL systems and provide adequate project, client, and team management. Ensure adherence to EXL policies, procedures, standards, and compliance. Create, manage, and leverage repository of case studies, business problem solutions and approach utilized in past engagements. Telecommuting permitted.

Job Requirements:

Requires Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, electronics/electrical engineering or computer/IT related field, plus five (5) years of experience in Management Analyst or a related occupation. Requires five (5) years of professional experience with data architecture. Must have 3 years of experience with each of the following: 1) developing and designing Big Data processing using SAS, SPSS, R, Hive, and GCP; (2) ETL, SSIS, Informatica, DataStage, PowerBI, Tableau, and SQL/PLSQL for code building, data engineering and development; (3) NoSQL databases; (4) Python, R, Scala, Java, Spark, and Kafka; (5) database design, data modelling, and data visualization; (6) designing ETL workflows; and (7) building and operationalizing data processing systems.

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary range: $160,000 to $164,000 per year.
