Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Program Management (60%) -

1. Track and build on the Roadmap for Analytical Projects to meet the yearly OKRs.
2. Leading various business initiatives and deliverables tracking with special emphasis on 
1. Discussions with key stakeholders and Client team to understand requirements and ensure everyone is fully briefed on key deliverables and a win plan for each opportunity.
2. Assembling a core team to translate business requirements into solutions using data and analytical techniques  
3. Review of roadmap with team members, stakeholders, and collaborators to resolve open items within agreed timelines
4. Monitoring and publishing key insights, milestones, potential impacts and next steps to business stakeholders and leadership. 
3. Hold master drafts of artifacts, proposals, and presentations after performing final reviews to ensure accurate capture of information.
4. Assist with the development of templates related to best practices, improved systems, and processes for measuring successes.
5. Close cooperation with the global teams regarding knowledge-sharing, Analytical findings and cross-learning opportunities
6. Work independently through prior subject matter expertise in techno-functional consulting and program management.

Saving Framework & Process Digitization (40%) - 

1. Responsible for extracting, building, and maintaining useful KPIs and benchmarks related to Analytical deliverables while working with finance, MIS, Global Analytics teams and internal platforms and databases.
2. Perform quantitative and qualitative business and data analysis.
3. Use digital tools (data, technology, cloud, NLP, etc.) to bring out enhancement on a continuous basis.
4. Work within Analytics team across multiple clients, hold a common framework for solutions with Client.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as Analytics Team Lead with successful projects, building/maintaining roadmaps, analytics delivery and solutioning, and hands-on experience across tools and platforms.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with SQL, HiveQL, SAS/Python, Azure Databricks to pull data and analyze the same.
• Experience with project management tools
• Strong understanding in business optimization framework and techniques

• Develops Descriptive (reporting) through to Prescriptive Analytics frameworks.
• Ability to design data driven solutions and Frameworks (Descriptive and Predictive) from scratch & consult in a leadership capacity on potential Solutions/Storyboards and POCs
• Drives business metrics that add to the top-line and / or profitability for EXL revenue optimization business.
• Translates insights into an analysis report and communicate insights back to the stakeholders.
