Position Type: Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator will ensure the efficient and effective coordination of the various office tasks and prepare multiple routine and special reports to keep the Louisville Area Command Officers abreast of progress. In addition, the coordinator will participate in the Advisory Board, Advisory Council, and Executive meetings and assist with special events

About this opportunity:

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepares the finance board agenda for property items for the Louisville Area Command and submits it to DFB.
  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports of projects and status and submits them to the Louisville Area   Command Officers.
  • Maintains an adequate inventory of supplies and negotiates the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, break room supplies, etc., for the entire staff according to the company's purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.

What we are looking for in you:

Associate degree from a technical, vocational school, or accredited college or university

 

And

 

Four years of progressively responsible experience in Office Administration in a general office environment.

 

Or

Any equivalent combination of formal education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

 

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Work requires lifting, carrying, and/or push/pull light (less than 25 lbs.) materials, supplies, and equipment. Light mobility: duties are usually performed by a combination of standing, walking, and primarily sitting.
