Workforce Development Field Placement Intern

Greater Philadelphia YMCA Employment Opportunity!

This position aims to help an interested student complete field placement hours in a relevant setting. This student will directly support Workforce Development programming via hands-on facilitation and site visits to further engage with the Greater Philadelphia community and gain experiential learning to better prepare them for their future endeavors.

What is needed for this job:

• Senior undergraduate Social Work student or Social Work masters student preferred. Additional areas of study include:

• • Sociology
  • Human Development
  • Psychology
  • Education

• This internship is eligible for college credit.
• Spanish fluency is advantageous.

• Reliable personal vehicle required; this role involves regular travel throughout the Philadelphia and/or Camden, NJ area.

The responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Perform site visits and hands-on program facilitation.
• Track program attendance and complete administrative tasks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
