Job Summary

Hillman is expanding its digital retail footprint, with Amazon Canada as a critical growth channel. We’re looking for an Amazon Jr. Sales Representative to play a hands-on role in helping us scale this channel operationally and commercially. This role is ideal for someone who’s analytically minded, digitally curious, and eager to learn eCommerce at one of North America’s leading retail suppliers.

This individual will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support the full lifecycle of Amazon execution—from item setup and content readiness to pricing updates, reporting, and troubleshooting. They’ll serve as a key connector between strategy and execution, ensuring that critical tasks don’t fall through the cracks and that our Amazon presence remains optimized and high performing.

The role is both detail-oriented and strategic. It will require coordination across departments (Marketing, Product, Customer Service), interfacing with third-party tools and external vendors, and the ability to spot and address issues with urgency. Over time, the right candidate will grow into ownership of key Amazon workflows and develop fluency in managing the complexities of a high-volume online marketplace.

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior candidate looking to build a foundation in digital sales, eCommerce operations, and marketplace strategy in a fast-moving, supportive environment.
