Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely fulfillment of customer orders, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, maintaining inventory levels, and supervision of hourly employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stockouts.
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse associates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 -5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a strong preference for supervisory or management experience.
- Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
- Experience with Excel, Word, Manhattan WMS, Oracle E1
- Knowledge of warehousing best practices and regulatory requirements.
