Role Overview:
The Vertex Project Manager will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and driving change while minimizing disruption.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Program Roadmap: build a strategy and plan a roadmap for Vertex implementation, define goals, and track progress towards those goals.
- Project Planning and Management: Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables; creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets; and managing resources efficiently.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicating project status to stakeholders, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts.
- Documentation: Maintaining project documentation, including requirements, configuration details, and testing procedures.
- Testing: Facilitate SIT & UAT testing procedures
- Change Management: Facilitating change adoption by ensuring effective training, communication, and support for end-users.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks, such as data migration issues, conversion issues, or deployment issues.
- Problem-solving: Addressing challenges and issues that may arise during implementation, ensuring projects remain on track.
- Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Program Governance: Continuously evaluating project performance, tracking key metrics, and providing updates to stakeholders.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location and experience. The base salary range listed is just one component of EXL's total compensation package for employees.
