Food Assembly - Food Runner

Responsibilities:

• Pulls and stacks ingredients and products based on daily orders
• Assembling ingredients replenishment on trays organizing freezer/cooler in accordance with designated plan in cooperation with kitchen department
•  Monitors product quality frequently and reports problems to mitigate safety issues
• Inspects items and executes inventory as assigned
• Assemble food items including tray setup
• Follow airline specifications which usually include tray setting for hot meals, cold meals, salad, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
• Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager

• Proactive and self-organized
• Ability to manage through a substantial workload
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
• Flexibility (different shifts –days, nights, weekends, holidays)
