ROLE SUMMARY
CorePower Yoga is looking for a Corporate Sales Advisor to join our headquarter team. As a Corporate Sales Advisor, you will support driving Programming enrollments with a motivating and enthusiastic attitude. You will be responsible for inspiring others to build a healthy lifestyle by encouraging involvement in CorePower Yoga programs primarily responsible for selling our 50-, 200- and 300-hour Teacher Training Programs throughout the year. This position requires an outgoing personality, team player mentality, excellent communication skills, exceptional phone etiquette, a high level of organization, and the ability to convert at high volumes.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Communicate with leads via outbound and inbound methods
- Proactively contribute to lead generation via referrals and other creative methods
- Diligent follow-up to leads to convert to our yoga programs
- Ability to partner remotely with our Field Teams to provide as much support to our students as possible
- Engage various conversion techniques as needed
- Goal oriented; strong desire to achieve monthly sales targets
- Forecast conversions on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Maintain and share a strong knowledge of CorePower Yoga studios, classes, programs, and business structure
EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent job experience
- Previous experience in sales, preferably inside or remote sales, 3-5 years required
- High level of comfort with selling over the phone
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluent phone and computer skills
- Experience working w/ Excel & Smartsheet desired

COMPENSATION
- $21.63 hourly rate
- Bonus potential up to 50% at 100% to plan
- Monthly commission
