Lead Card Control Room $22 per hour

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Understands and is responsible for department and Company policy and procedure.

2. Assures a proper supply of card decks for all Casino games and Pai-gow tiles.

2. Maintains proper inventory of cards and tiles according to GEC program.
3. Processes all paperwork to the Card Control Supervisor.
4. Oversees suiting and grading the maintenance of broken card decks for all Casino games and Pai-gow tiles.

6. Responsible for keeping assigned section safe and orderly.

5. Performs all other work related duties as assigned by the Card Control Supervisor, Card Control Manager, and/or Manager of Casino Administration.
6. Attendance and punctuality are an essential function of the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Work Experience Required:  Two (2) years of cardwashing or grader experience.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent combination of work experience and education.

Other Requirements:  Knowledge of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals and safety.  Bi-lingual preferred. Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position

Must possess an ability to work independently, with minimal supervisor, and make educated ethical decisions as necessary.  Must be able to resolve conflicts and have effective communication skills with all levels of employees and be able to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.

SCHEDULED HOURS

Commerce Casino operates 24 hours, 7 days a week.  Schedules may vary depending on business needs.
