GC&E Federal is seeking a Site Manager to who will work within our team to support our government Information Technology (IT) program with our client. The candidate for this position will work within our team to support our government Information Technology (IT) program with our Tooele Army Depot, UT client. As the Site Manager you will ensure the successful operations and maintenance of the GC&E contract for Tooele Army Depot.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Function

  • Responsible for organizing and maintaining our service delivery model; serving as the primary point of contact to the Tooele Army Depot Network Enterprise Center (NEC)
  • Ensuring all services provided by GC&E are delivered with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and direct all day-to-day activities required by the performance work statement (PWS) and to take whatever actions are necessary to manage and train GC&E personnel to ensure all services are performed on time and of required quality
  • Responsible for prioritizing, organizing, scheduling, and ensuring sufficient resources are scheduled daily to support PWS and special project requirements
  • Serves as the local management authority and the on-site single point of contact for the Tooele Army Depot NEC
  • Responsible for the management and coordination of all work under the Tooele Army Depot NEC TO contract
  • Responsible for the overall management, coordination, quality, work safety, timeliness, customer satisfaction, and effectiveness of all functional support provided by our team
  • Responsible for prioritizing, organizing, scheduling, and assigning all work activities, response actions, maintenance items and projects IAW the PWS
  • Responsible for ensuring the development, review, and submission of all TO contract deliverables
  • Provides SME consultation to the Tooele Army Depot NEC regarding life-cycle management and/or modernization efforts of their communications systems and infrastructure
  • Ensures all staff remain technically proficient, maintain certifications, and receive all necessary training to comply with TO contract / PWS requirements
  • Responsible for implementing quality control standards and inspections
  • Maintains day-to-day communications with our Tooele Army Depot TO contract leadership
  • Performs or directs site surveys to identify special project requirements
  • Provide dial tone service (voice and data) on Government supported organizations to connect to any location worldwide
  • Operate and maintain Dual Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF) type telephones
  • Manage and administer all remote nodes
  • Provide Central Office (CO) switch features e.g. call forwarding, call transfer/3-way conference, ring again, last number redial, call pickup, speed calling, and caller ID
  • Operate and maintain an installation telephone switch firewall
  • Operate and maintain common user telephone switches, remote switches, and nodes
  • Manage and maintain automated attendant services
  • Provide local touch labor for installation, troubleshooting, repairing, changing cable pairs, etc.;
  • Operate and maintain voice mail box services
  • Schedule and perform software back-ups and updates
  • Provide technical documentation updates

 

Physical Requirements

  • Predominantly indoors in normal office environment
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and reach
  • Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English
  • May require frequent computer use for several hours at a time
  • Frequently work at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
  • Must have visual acuity
  • Must be able to lift up-to 25 pounds

 

Location: 

  • Tooele Army Depot, UT– This is not a remote position. Local candidates only.

Experience:

  • Must have 5 to 10 years’ experience leading TO / contracts similar in scope and complexity

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience leading TO / contracts similar in scope and complexity
  • Understanding C4IM Services List and Response Timeframes
  • Understanding of I3A Standards
