Digital Marketing Specialist – Omega Senior Living

Omega Senior Living is searching for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growing portfolio of senior living communities across the U.S. From building strategic Google Ads campaigns to creating thoughtful automation flows that nurture leads, you'll play a key role in driving occupancy and brand awareness across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns to generate leads and maximize ROAS

Track and optimize website and campaign performance using GA4 and tag management tools

Execute targeted PPC strategies tailored to individual community goals

Plan and build email marketing campaigns and automation sequences (HubSpot or similar platforms)

Collaborate with our creative team on landing pages, display ads, and social content

Manage remarketing efforts, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking

Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership and community teams

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising and performance marketing

Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and email marketing platforms

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)

Strong analytical skills—you love turning data into actionable insights

Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for purposeful marketing

Bonus if you’ve worked in healthcare or senior living—but not required
