Event Coordinator | Western Home Communities – Diamond Event Center

Western Home Communities is looking for a dynamic Event Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of events at our stunning Diamond Event Center. If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and have a flair for organization, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute a wide range of events hosted at the Diamond Event Center and through our Jorgensen Plaza catering team.

• Own the details — from initial planning and staffing to on-site execution and follow-up.

• Build relationships by actively marketing and booking new events.

• Ensure excellence by coordinating logistics, capturing client preferences, and handling post-event billing efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must be 18+ years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Previous experience in event coordination, banquets, or hospitality strongly preferred.

• Outstanding customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.

• Strong organizational and communication skills—must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
