Airport Catering Operations Supervisor

GAT Sky Cafe is seeking dynamic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team at  the Boise Airport!

Main Responsibilities 

• The successful applicant will be responsible for oversight of a team of Customer Service  Representatives who delivers product directly to our airline customers. 
• Your team will be expected to provide on-time delivery to each aircraft while meeting all quality cleanliness standards and commit to exceptional service. 
• You will manage the team through structured communications, and compliance checks, and  monitor adherence to customer specifications, safety processes, internal production  processes, and continuous improvement 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

• Experience Last Mile Logistics-2-3 years in related industry. 
• Problem solving and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft products; familiarity with logistics software a plus. 
• Open Availability Required. Including Weekends & Holidays
