Sr eCommerce Fulfillment Analyst
SUMMARY:
The Sr. eCommerce Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for owing the content purity, strategy, and evaluation of needs for supporting the eCommerce revenue channel in multiple verticals. Verticals include vendor data outputs, marketing strategies to extend the company image in the industry, creating analysis of content, media, to establish a precedent for driving up P/L functions; It requires continuous due diligence of program structures, content deficiencies and enhancing the vendor experience to support revenue goals. This position will not be limited to the duties expounded above and require pliability in ensuring ancillary components of the role are completed to ensure the maximization of results. This position will be vendor, supplier, and interdepartmentally facing and will require leadership continuum and an effective communication skillset to accomplish goals through the use of cohesive interactions with multiple site leaders, department heads and aftermarket executives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Own Content Strategy for feeding all revenue channels of business using a PIM and maintaining a source of truth for data for other individual contributors.
- Revise category content strategy to create vertical conversion rates on eCommerce sales on all Vendor Channels.
- Revise category opportunities from market competitors to supplement and create content strategy to increase conversions, enhance data purity and reduce lost sales due to data strategy.
- Own and create a media strategy for the eCommerce category to supplement sales strategy, company image, and disposition within the marketplace in buying groups & social media platforms.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors alike to aid in the optimization of margin and revenue goals.
- Establish reporting for competitive trends in distribution and manufacturing.
- Analyze & create new conventions for partnerships with an emphasis on the horizontal development of ecommerce execution in omni channels.
- Establish root design of SOP structure compliant with ISO9001:2015 Standards in homogenizing data structure with R&D / Supply Chain / eCommerce Teams.
- Own the data flow of our source of truth repository and lead optimization efforts to ensure data structure is aligned with marketing needs and sales development.
- Develop transitional SOPs for data composition of ACES/PIES/ IPO / Digital Assets.
- Lead and audit the data mining efforts of product data including images, dimensions, descriptions, and fitment/application data & interchanges for our Private Label.
- Develop project management strategies interdepartmentally to support eCommerce goals.
Establishes and Coordinates Marketing objectives to create eCommerce deliverables under
direction of their direct manager. - Generate Key Performance Indicators to present to management quarterly.
- Generate data discrepancies audits and quarterly data scorecards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerBI, Catalogue PIMs & ERP / ETQ Programs.
- Experience with Automotive Aftermarket Group Memberships, Manufacturer relationships, Vendor relationships, Auto parts knowledge/experience.
- Ability to develop strategy, KPIs, & Project management visuals for departmental goals.
