Merchandising Support Analyst

Title:                Merchandise Support Analyst

Reports to:      Merchandising Support Manager

Location         Auburn, Maine

Primary Purpose

To provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control.

Responsibilities

• Processing national account invoices through multiple platforms
• Processing credits received from Goodyear
• Recouping funds from rejected invoices
• Assisting stores with national account questions
• Basic analytic tasks that would include reviewing data to provide requested information
• Assisting the merchandise department with special projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Able to keep a positive attitude in the face of many challenges.
• Basic to intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
•  Excellent phone skills.
• Ability to follow a process from start to finish. 
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently. 
•  Manage time effectively
• Attention to detail
• High School diploma or equivalent required.  Some college preferred.
• Commutable to Auburn, Maine
