Position: Full-Time Floor Stripping & Waxing Specialist (The Floor Whisperer)
Location: The dynamic hub of Wilson, NC!
Your Domain: A large-scale manufacturing environment with a variety of challenging floor surfaces.
Your Creative Hours: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Craft your masterpieces in the quiet of the evening, ready for a stunning morning reveal!)

✨ YOUR BLUEPRINT FOR BRILLIANCE (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES): ✨

The Grand Strip-Down: Expertly command high-powered stripping machinery and premium solutions to meticulously remove old finishes, residues, and imperfections, revealing the floor's true potential.
The Art of the Gloss: Skillfully apply multiple coats of superior wax, achieving a resilient, mirror-like sheen that both protects and beautifies. Your technique will make all the difference!
Machinery Maestro: Confidently operate and maintain a suite of advanced floor care equipment, including high-speed buffers, industrial strippers, low-speed refinishers, and automatic scrubbers.
Conquer All Terrains: Demonstrate your stripping and waxing prowess across a spectrum of demanding surfaces – VCT is your primary canvas, but challenges on epoxy, terrazzo, polished concrete, rubber, and vinyl plank await.
Refinishing at Heart: Your central focus is the intricate art of stripping and waxing. While occasional special projects like deep carpet or upholstery cleaning may arise, your core mission is the revival of hard surfaces.
Project Prowess: Lead and execute extensive refinishing projects, managing tasks from furniture relocation and detailed surface preparation to the final, perfect application.

VERIFIABLE Mastery: Demonstrable, significant experience in professional stripping and waxing is absolutely essential. We want to see (or hear about) your past floor glories!
Equipment Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of industrial stripping, waxing, and buffering machinery is a must.

Must be 18+ years old with proven experience in advanced, specialized floor care (stripping and waxing focus).
Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
