📍 Job Details:  18.50
🗓 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
📍 Location: Nashville, TN (Murfreesboro Pike)

🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead & support your team in daily cleaning tasks to maintain a pristine, safe environment
✅ Train team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols & equipment usage
✅ Inspect work to ensure top-quality results that meet our high standards
✅ Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment where everyone feels valued

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Supervisory experience in janitorial or a similar role (preferred)
✔ Strong leadership skills – motivate, train & manage a team effectively
✔ Great communication and attention to detail
✔ Must be 18 years or older
✔ Ability to pass a drug screen & background check
