  • Job Title: Flex Team Member
     
    Hours: Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
     
    Pay: $16-$17 per hour
     
    Position Summary:
     
    Join our Flex Team and travel to various locations within the local area to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of commercial and institutional buildings. You’ll perform a variety of cleaning and light maintenance tasks, both inside and outside, ensuring our facilities are in top condition. This role requires flexibility to travel between sites (0.6 miles apart) and adapt to different shifts as needed.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform comprehensive cleaning of offices, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas.
    • Handle exterior cleaning tasks, including sweeping sidewalks, trash removal, and pressure washing.
    • Replenish supplies, clean fixtures, and manage waste disposal.
    • Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet extractors, and scrubbers.
    • Report maintenance issues and assist with project cleaning.
    Qualifications:
    • Ability to pass a background check for secure building access.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like standing, walking, stooping, and crawling.
    • Flexibility to work different shifts and travel between sites.
