Are you ready to drive facility transformation through strategic project management? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee diverse projects, from innovative mechanical upgrades to impactful aesthetic enhancements. You'll report directly to our Facility Director, playing a pivotal role in delivering successful outcomes for our client.

What You'll Do

You'll be the driving force behind project success, responsible for:

  • Strategic Project Oversight: Guiding projects from initiation and planning through development, implementation, and integration.

  • Budget & Schedule Mastery: Creating and implementing detailed project definitions, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gaining consensus and approval from all stakeholders, adapting project aspects as needed to achieve objectives.

  • Resource Optimization: Identifying and allocating resources efficiently, organizing project teams, and ensuring crystal-clear communication.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identifying potential project risks and developing effective mitigation strategies.

  • Vendor & Client Relations: Managing internal and external vendors, and serving as the primary point of contact for client project management.

  • Business Development: Supporting efforts to expand business opportunities and contribute to future deals.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a professional who possesses:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Significant experience in a project management role, including expertise in budget development, project planning, and assurance methodologies. Familiarity with project management software and financial concepts is essential.

  • Skills: Strong computer proficiency, excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. You should also have exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Certifications: A commitment to pursuing professional certifications or accreditations such as LEED and CIMS is required.
