As our Janitorial Shift Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind employee and client relations. If you are a people person who wants to make an impact in the community, we want to hear from you!

Janitorial Site Supervisor reports to the Janitorial Account Manager.

Responsibilities include:

Client Relations:

• Having an open line of communication with staff, QA Managers, Principals and Assistant Principals regarding the cleaning needs of the building
• Following the scope of work for the building, and make sure it's executed daily
• Respond to needs of the building promptly and professionally, such as environmental or non-environmental
• Making sure all interior doors and exterior doors are shut at the close of shift
• Coding the building out at shift end
• Reporting any damage or unsafe conditions to the Account Manager

Employee Relations:

• Inspecting rooms and areas before the end of shift to make sure they are cleaned per the clients scope of work
• Filling in for Team Members and covering their section when absent. At that time, all cleaning duties will be performed
• Addressing issues such as timekeeping and letting the Account Manager know
• Problem solving and Team Building

What We Need:

• A strong willed leader with good communication skills
• Ability to be level headed under stress or pressure
• Must be able to pass a State background check
