Location: Private College- Winston-Salem
Compensation: $15.00
Schedule: On-Call, Year-Round (Weekdays, Weekends, Evenings as Needed)

Job Overview:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Event Staff. In this role, you’ll support a variety of campus and community events by handling pre-event setup, cleaning, and post-event cleanup. You will also be on-call during scheduled games and large gatherings to help maintain cleanliness, particularly in high-traffic areas such as restrooms.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-cleaning duties before events (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, sanitizing)

• Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms and public areas during events

• Restock supplies in restrooms as needed

• Perform post-cleanup duties (removing trash, wiping down surfaces, resetting rooms)

• Report any damage or facility concerns to supervisors

• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE when applicable

• Work effectively as part of a team under supervision

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Available to work on-call, including evenings and weekends

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

• Prior custodial or event setup experience is a plus, but not required
