Hourly - Floor Tech

**Job Posting: Experienced Floor Technician**  
**Location:** Roanoke, VA (Local Community College)  
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

**Position Overview:**  
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Floor Technician to join our team at a local Community College in Roanoke, VA. This part-time position is ideal for someone with experience operating ride-on scrubbers and a commitment to maintaining clean and safe flooring in our educational environment. **Key Responsibilities:**  
- Operate ride-on scrubbers and other floor maintenance equipment effectively.  
- Perform general cleaning duties including mopping, sweeping, and dusting as needed.  
- Lift and move items up to 50 lbs; stand, bend, lift, push, and pull as required by various tasks.  
- Maintain flooring in classrooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.  
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.  

**Qualifications:**  
- Proven experience as a floor technician with a strong understanding of ride-on scrubbers.  
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.  
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.  
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.  
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
