Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategically managing external contractors for janitorial services, landscaping, and general maintenance, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Effectively coordinating with in-house support teams to address facility needs and ensure seamless operations.
  • Proactively developing and implementing both short-term and long-term plans for facility and equipment maintenance and improvements.
  • Championing a culture of safety and security by contributing to the planning and implementation of safety protocols and emergency preparedness procedures.
  • Responsibly managing the facilities budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and the optimal allocation of resources.
  • Providing strong leadership and support to assigned personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Overseeing maintenance schedules, testing, and inspections to guarantee operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Providing crucial support for school events, ensuring all logistical and facility-related aspects are handled effectively.
