WILL BE:

Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all flooring and surfaces throughout the building
Must have experience with Vinyl Composition Tile, also known as "VCT"
Operate various floor care equipment including: automatic scrubbers, buffing and polishing machines, burnishers, etc..
Stripping and waxing in the Summertime
