In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the janitorial operations at a 24/7 production facility. Your leadership will ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our client. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct a team of janitorial staff, ensuring efficient and effective completion of all assigned tasks.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Perform general cleaning duties as needed, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom sanitation.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Communicate effectively with client representatives and company management regarding site conditions and any concerns.
• Address and resolve any janitorial-related issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for the janitorial team.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the janitorial or facilities maintenance industry.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a clean criminal background.
• Demonstrated positive attitude, self-starter mentality, and strong work ethic.
• A genuine passion for growth and development within the company.
• Reliable transportation.

Work Schedule:
