☀️ DAYBREAK DIRECTORS: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Lead the charge and set the operational standard for the day!)

Your Mission Briefing:

• LEAD FROM THE FRONT: Mentor, motivate, and manage a dedicated crew in a fast-paced, industrial mixing area. Your energy will be their energy!

• FORGE YOUR CREW: Actively participate in recruiting, training, and retaining a team of reliable, high-performing individuals who take pride in their work.

• OWN THE ZONE: You are the ultimate authority on process and safety in your area. Ensure all operations meet rigorous standards for quality, sanitation, and efficiency.

• CHAMPION SAFETY: Implement and enforce all safety protocols, with a keen eye for detail. Your knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) will be critical to the team's well-being.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Minimum 18 years of age.

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug and background screening.

• Industrial Strength: Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50+ lbs in a physically demanding environment.

• Proven Leadership Mettle: A minimum of one (1) year of verifiable supervisory experience is required. We need leaders who have guided teams to success in a hands-on setting.
