Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Specialty Services Route Supervisor the Specialty Services Technician is responsible for client special requests. 

Ready to be a cleaning and disinfection expert? We're looking for a Specialty Services Technician in the Nashville area to handle diverse client requests and maintain pristine facilities. 

Work will be Monday-Friday. Hours vary and performed mainly during 2nd shift, availability for OT and weekend work is needed!Pay rate is between $20/per hour- $25/per hour.

What You'll Do:

You'll perform specialized cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance tasks. This includes advanced floor care (stripping, waxing), pressure washing, window cleaning, and thorough disinfection of high-touch points. You'll operate various cleaning equipment, work with chemicals safely, and collaborate with a team.

What You'll Need:

• Valid driver's license (5+ years history) with ability to travel up to 65%.

• Knowledge of cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization techniques.

• Experience with pressure washing and advanced floor care.

• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
