HOURLY - General Cleaner

We're looking for a dedicated and energetic General Cleaner to join our team at a busy industrial facility located in the Highway 68 area of Greensboro, NC. This is a full-time position with consistent hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to be part of a critical operation that runs 24/7, 365 days a year.

General Cleaner

Location: Highway 68 Area, Greensboro, NC

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Compensation: $15.75 per hour

About the Role

As a General Cleaner, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our large industrial site. Key Responsibilities

• Performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, and office spaces.
• Maintaining cleanliness in production and warehouse areas.
• Operating cleaning equipment as needed.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Physical Stamina: You must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. This role involves lots of walking across a large site, as well as lifting, pushing, and pulling repetitively throughout your shift.
• Reliability: We need someone who is punctual and committed to their schedule. Our facility operates continuously, so consistent attendance is crucial.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and a thorough approach to tasks are essential.
• Team Player: While you'll often work independently, you'll also be part of a larger team dedicated to keeping our facility pristine.
• Experience: Previous cleaning experience in an industrial or commercial setting is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right candidate!
