💰 Pay Rate: $18/hour

 🕔 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m.

🏋️ Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly

📅 Experience Required: 1–3 years in a supervisory or janitorial role

🚗 Requirements: Reliable transportation | Must pass background & drug screening

🧭 Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of daily janitorial operations while ensuring quality control and high cleaning standards

• Lead by example—train, guide, and supervise a team of custodians to achieve top performance

• Maintain ongoing communication with site management, providing updates and reporting issues promptly

• Ensure efficient completion of tasks, including trash removal, restrooms, dusting, floors, and more

• Support the Manager with operations staff oversight and adherence to established cleaning protocols
