Hourly - Specialty Services Technician

**Job Posting: Full-Time Specialty Services Technician**  
**Location:** Greensboro and surrounding areas 
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday with weekends as needed (Schedule may vary)  

**Position Overview:**  
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Specialty Services Technician to join our team. This full-time position requires a valid driver’s license and a clean background, as you will be tasked with handling special requests from our clients while ensuring high-quality cleaning and maintenance standards. If you have experience in floor work, pressure washing, window cleaning, and a commitment to client satisfaction, we want to hear from you!  

**Key Responsibilities:**  
- Respond to and handle clients' special requests with professionalism and efficiency.  
- Perform general cleaning and disinfecting tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.  
- Execute floor maintenance work, including cleaning, buffing, and waxing as needed.  
- Conduct pressure washing and window cleaning services as required by client requests.  
- Assist with various maintenance tasks to address client needs and maintain site standards.  
- Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order.  

**Qualifications:**  
- Valid driver’s license and clean background check required.  
- Previous experience in cleaning services, specialty services, or facility maintenance preferred.  
- Knowledge of floor care, pressure washing, and window cleaning techniques.  
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.  
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.  
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying schedules as needed.
