🕒 Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Are you a natural leader with janitorial experience and a passion for keeping spaces clean and organized? We’re looking for a dependable Shift Supervisor to lead our janitorial team in Greensboro.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise and support a team of cleaners during evening shifts
✅ Perform cleaning duties as needed (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.)
✅ Ensure all tasks are completed to quality standards and on schedule
✅ Conduct inspections and communicate with management as needed
✅ Train new staff and model proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:
✔️ Previous janitorial and supervisory experience
✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔️ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Responsibilities: Includes general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, and other cleaning duties as assigned by Manager. Also includes supervising employees, coordinating with employees to complete special tasks, assisting the Manager in ensuring buildings are being cleaned per the scope.
