Select Your Leadership Rhythm (Rotating Shifts - 4 Days On, 4 Days Off!):

🌙 Twilight Vanguard: 3:30 PM - 4:00 AM (Lead the evening-to-early-morning clean sweep!)
☀️ Daybreak Directors: 3:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Set the standard for a brilliantly clean day ahead!)
(Both shifts offer an excellent 4-on, 4-off schedule, giving you more time for what matters outside of work!)
Your Blueprint for Success (Key Responsibilities):

Inspire & Direct: Guide, mentor, and energize your janitorial team, fostering a culture of excellence in sanitation, safety, and meticulous attention to detail within our industrial facility.
Assemble Your A-Team: Recruit, develop, and retain a motivated and reliable cleaning crew that takes pride in their work and contributes to a positive, high-performance atmosphere.
Uphold the Gold Standard: Be the ultimate authority on cleanliness, ensuring all areas meet rigorous safety, sanitation, and organizational benchmarks. You'll ensure our facility doesn't just shine, it sets the standard!
The Mark of a Leader (Essential Qualifications):

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check is required for a safe and trustworthy environment.
Physical Stamina: Capable of handling tasks involving lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 40+ lbs.
Industrial Aptitude: Comfortable and adept at working effectively within an industrial setting.
CRUCIAL - Proven Leadership: A minimum of one (1) year of verifiable experience in a leadership or supervisory role is absolutely essential. We need to see your track record of guiding teams to success!
