We're looking for a Corporate Sales Recruiter to join our team in Charlotte, NC, and spearhead the acquisition of top-tier sales talent across our expanding regional footprint (VA, NC, SC, TN).

What you'll do:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles across Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop and execute innovative, state-specific talent acquisition strategies to proactively meet current and future sales hiring needs.
- Build robust talent pipelines through diverse and creative sourcing methods, including regional networking and virtual events.
- Partner closely with C-suite executives and regional sales leaders to deeply understand their requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring journey.
- Leverage data and analytics to continuously optimize recruitment processes, enhance efficiency, and refine our overall sales talent strategy.
- Manage all recruitment activities within our HRIS (Dayforce preferred) to ensure streamlined workflows and data accuracy.
- Contribute to regional sales team retention efforts by analyzing turnover data and supporting strategic initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience, with a demonstrated track record of successfully hiring sales professionals. Experience recruiting across multiple states is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling effective management of multiple priorities and diverse candidate pipelines.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work five days a week from our Charlotte, NC office. (Ability to work hybrid once fully onboarded).
- Willingness to travel 10% (up to 30% seasonally).
- Valid Driver's License.
